2. Type in the Order ID in the ORDER ID search bar on the Jaybecks Tracking Page

Get your tracking number (Order ID) from the order page. You can also find your Order ID in the order confirmation Email Notification sent to your imputed Email address. (It is important that you use a valid email address during the check-out process). See the arrows in the images below:

3. Type in the Billing Email address you entered during the checkout in the BILLING EMAIL input field

The delivery statuses of the orders may vary according to the timing of your order placement. For instance, if you have chosen DHL delivery, you will be able to receive your order in the next 24-48 business hours if the destination of the shipment is within Nigeria, or the same day if the delivery location is within Abuja. For other locations, the delivery time varies from 2 to 14 business days. For this delivery timeline, it is also crucial for you to make purchases prior to 4 PM, else additional hours or days may be added to the total time of the shipment depending on which applies to you.

What Shipping Methods are available on Jaybecks Store and how long does delivery take?

For the delivery of products in all other cities in Africa and the rest of the world, Jaybecks International Shipping time frame is 5 to 14 business days.

Does Jaybecks do free delivery?

To enjoy Jaybecks free delivery, the total amount of the customer order should be at least ₦100,000. The free delivery is only available for orders via jaybecksstore.com and in Abuja. When a customer orders from Jaybecks Store all the costs are visible at the end of the checkout process and nothing more is charged.

Does Jaybecks ship abroad?

Jaybecks Store ships globally from Abuja, Nigeria via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Please note that some custom or pre-order items may take longer to ship. This will be stated in the item’s description if applicable.

I didn’t receive my product, how do I get a refund on Jaybecks?
